10-20 Mild Increase legumes in diet, initiate or increase regular exercise. Investigate vitamin and/or herbal treatments suitable for specific symptoms.
20-35 Moderate Intervention required for improved quality of life. Examine diet, lifestyle changes. Progesterone cream recommended. Oestrogenic herbal supplements may also be of benefit.
35+ Severe Progesterone cream highly recommended and if after 3 months symptoms not successfully managed short-term HRT intervention required to manage symptoms.
